When contacting customer care- how do I identify myself and my order?

An e-mail address is the key link in finding a customers account file- but it has to be the correct e-mail address.

If the e-mail address is misspelled or you forget which e-mail address you gave upon placing your order a customer service agent will be able to located your account with your zip code and last name. Upon providing that information our customer care agent will ask that you confirm your mailing address and the contents of your order.
