I believe I cancelled my account- why is my credit card being charged?

Cancelling your order is all about timing-

If you wish to cancel your initial order you must call within 24 hours to have the charge voided and the shipment stopped. If the order has already been processed a customer care agent can kick-start the return/refund process for you.

If you're calling to cancel an auto-delivery you must call before that order is processed to avoid future charges. If your card has already been charged for an auto-delivery that you do not want please reach out to our customer care agents to kick-state the return/refund process.
