Ultimate Nrf2 Superfoods are some of the most potent superfruit-phytochemical products available. The supplement draws concentrated nutrition extracted from 37 fruits, vegetables, and botanicals. Its main ingredients are:

Activated BroccoRaphanin or “Optimized Sulforaphane” (Bio-Active Broccoli Seed Extract)

Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli are the only foods that contain glucoraphanin. Our broccoli seed concentrate has been developed to maximize glucoraphanin content. Glucoraphanin is the stable precursor to sulforaphane, the world’s most potent detoxifier. Sulforaphane is thought to help activate the protein Nrf2, which plays a crucial role in your body’s health and performance.

Nrf2 is considered the master regulator of the body’s cell defense system. The protein is sometimes referred to as the “gatekeeper of species longevity” because it is so critical to human health. Nrf2 turns on the body’s internal protective mechanisms in response to oxidative stress. It coordinates the expression of thousands of genes that can protect against stressors such as environmental toxins and carcinogens.

Each serving of Ultimate Nrf2 Superfoods has more sulforaphane potential than found in one serving of cooked broccoli.

Lycopene

Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant that gives fruits and vegetables their bright red color. Good levels of dietary or supplemental lycopene can help prevent damage from harmful free radicals. It has been associated with a healthier heart, a healthier prostate, and healthier breast tissue.

Each serving of Ultimate Nrf2 Superfoods contains the same amount of lycopene as one whole medium tomato.

Lutein

Lutein is found high concentrations in spinach, and each serving of Ultimate Nrf2 Superfoods has the same amount of lutein as two servings of fresh spinach. High levels of dietary lutein have been associated with better cognitive function and eye health. For example, researchers at Harvard University found that individuals who consumed 6 mg per day of lutein led to a 43-percent lower risk for macular degeneration. See the American Macular Degeneration Foundation.

Quercetin

Quercetin is the most commonly ingested flavonol in the diet and is found in many fruits and vegetables. A flavonol is an antioxidant that occurs naturally in plants. Onions and apples have the highest levels of quercetin. Quercetin is a powerful antioxidant that protects your body’s cells from free radicals. Each serving of Ultimate Nrf2 Superfoods has the same amount of quercetin as found in five apples.

Clinically Tested “ The Whole Spectrum” Apple Extract

In addition to quercetin, apples have other important phytonutrients, such as such as epicatechin, chlorogenic acid, and procyanidins. To capture more of the goodness available in apples, we’ve added a clinically effective dose of whole-spectrum apple extract to Ultimate Nrf2 Superfoods.

Hesperidin

Hesperidin is a powerful antioxidant like quercetin but is the primary flavonoid in oranges. It is thought to help protect against certain types of cancers and has beneficial effects on blood pressure, blood clotting, and inflammation. Each serving of Ultimate Nrf2 Superfoods has the same amount of hesperidin as found in one whole orange.

Hydroxytyrosol

Hydroxytyrosol (HT) comes from olives and is one of the fruit’s most potent phytochemicals. It has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and is thought to promote heart health and to improve circulation. In addition to fostering brain health, HT may help guard against certain types of cancer.

Each serving of serving of Ultimate Nrf2 Superfoods has the same amount of hydroxytyrosol as found in five olives or 2-16 ounces of extra virgin olive oil. (The HT content varies widely in extra virgin olive oil, so it’s hard to know how much HT you might be ingesting from olive oil.)

Spectra Superfoods Blend

Spectra is a clinically tested combination of more than 30 fruit, superfruit, vegetable and herbal powders and extracts. It offers unique protection against free radicals.

Published clinical trials have shown that Spectra increases nitric oxide levels in the blood, which increases oxygen and blood flow. It also increases cellular oxygen consumption and mitochondrial oxygen consumption. At the same time, it significantly reduces cellular free radicals and cellular inflammation.

Trans-resveratrol

Trans-resveratrol is a highly absorbable form of resveratrol, an anti-aging ingredient found in red wine. Trans-resveratrol is regularly credited for the French Paradox: a phenomenon where French people generally have good cardiovascular health despite eating saturated fats and drinking wine regularly.

Studies have shown the trans-resveratrol has cardioprotective benefits. It increases circulation and increases the levels of nitric oxide in the bloodstream. Each serving of Ultimate Nrf2 Superfoods has the same amount of trans-resveratrol as contained in one liter of resveratrol-rich red wine.
